He was responsible for the establishment of the Road Weather System in 1996 at SRA and since 1988 the establishment of the Traffic management and traffic information system. He is internationally recognized as an expert in automotive electronics and wireless communications. From 2006 to present, he has been a Member of International Program Committee (IPC) of ITS World Congress. | | Mr. Satoshi Kogure, Associate Senior Engineer, Quasi-Zenith Satellite System, Project Team, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, Japan"Introduction to Japanes Augmentation System, QZSS"Mr. Satoshi Kogure is an associate senior engineer of Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). He received an MS in aeronautical engineering from Nagoya University in 1993 and an MS in aerospace engineering from University of Colorado in 2001. He started his career at satellite operation division in National Space Development Agency (NASDA), former JAXA in 1993. He has been working for satellite positioning system as a satellite systems engineer since 2001.
